Sesame Crusted Yellowfin Cobb Salad
  
 
 Step 1:

Cool and drain. Mix with the napa cabbage and a bit of soy sauce.

Finely slice the red onion and soak in cold water for ten minutes, then dry.
  
 
 Step 2:

Cut the yellowfin into 1 inch bricks. Season with salt and pepper, then coat the sides with the black and white sesame seeds. Sear the edges in oil about a minute per side.

Cut into 1/4 in slices.
