 Ingredients:

This was super fast, and really delicious. You can really taste the coffee with the peanut, and it’s a surprisingly nice flavor combination. Garam Masala always goes really nicely with peanut sauces – the combo of spices is just right to give it a real depth of complimentary flavor. You can sub regular soy for the dark if you don’t have it, but I like the thicker, mellower dark soy to go with sweeter dishes like this.

Ingredients:

- 1/2 lb of pork, thinly sliced into strips (these are rib chops, but you can use any leaner cut)
- 1 tsp garam masala, divided
- 2 TB dark soy sauce, divided
- 4 TB peanut butter, divided
- 1 1/2 TB brown sugar
- 3-4 TB strong brewed coffee
- skewers, soaked if wooden
