I pulled it off as the dome temperature began to drop and the coal were about gone. Internal temperature was still 190°. I was hoping for 200° but as the fuel was used up and I was hungry I stuck a fork in and wiggled. It felt pullable to me so it was pulled and served.

It quickly fell apart under a ravenous assault of my fork and my fingers.
