Filet Mignon

I placed the grill up higher than standard position using two fire bricks as it looked way too hot down there. Threw on the pricey fare and the sizzling dance began.

I flipped at about four minutes and had to stand back as the bacon drippings met the inferno below. Closed the top for another four or five minutes and let fire do its magic.
