Lemon Bars
This delightful lemon bar recipe comes from the Sugartree Bed and Breakfast in Warren, Vermont.
Ingredients
2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
2 cups flour
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tbsp grated lemon peel
5 tbsp lemon juice
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup flour
additional confectioner's sugar
Instructions
