Pumpkin Creme Brulee with Cinnamon Whipped Cream
  
 
 Step 1:

Mix cream, milk, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg in a saucepan. Heat just until boiling, set aside. Let cool slightly.
  
 
 Step 2:

Mix sugar and egg yolks in separate bowl.
