Hot Chocolate Souffle

 Ingredients:

1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup baking cocoa
3 tablespoon flour
3/4 cup milk
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon stick butter or margarine, softened (or spreads with at least 60% vegetable oil)
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 large egg whites
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
Pinch o' salt
2 tablespoons sugar
