Asparagus with Tofu in Oyster Sauce

 Ingredients:

Fresh Green Asparagus, trimmed, blanched
Chinese Cabbage, chopped
Egg Tofu / Silk Tofu, cut to size
Mushroom (any type will do), chopped
Garlic, 2 sct, crushed
Garlic Chives, 2, chopped
Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Cornflour 2 tbsp
Butter as needed
Sugar, Pepper to taste
Oil as needed
Water as needed

 Step 1:

Deep Fry those tofu until forming golden skin. Put aside.
