Bacon Mushroom Meatloaf

Ingredients:

8 slices bacon
1 Tbsp. olive oil
4 chopped large button mushrooms
1 minced onion
1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 cup shredded Havarti cheese or cheddar or colby-jack
1-1/2 lbs. extra lean ground beef
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

 
  
 
Step 1:

Fry bacon.

After frying the bacon, set it aside to dry. Paper towels work good for this, or simply hang it by clothespins in front of a fan. Remember to dispose of your grease properly.
