Ingredients:
3 cloves Garlic (diced)
1/2 Red Onion (diced)
1 Jalapeno (diced)
1/2 Yellow Pepper (diced)
1/2 Red Pepper (diced)
1 Zucchini (diced)
1 small Eggplant (diced)
1 Avocado (diced)
1/2 Beef Steak Tomato (diced)
1/4 cup White Wine
Olive Oil
Salt/Pepper
Saute the garlic, onion, and jalapeno in some olive oil. Add the tomato and white wine.
Step 1:
Let reduce for about 20 minutes.
