Avocado & Crab Salad with Roasted Bell Peppers
  
 
 Step 2:

Making the Plate:

Ingredients:
1 large Cucumber
1/2 Red Pepper
1/2 Yellow Pepper
2 Shallots (sliced thin)
1/2 Avocado (diced)
1/4 Red Onion (sliced)
Lemon Juice
Avocado-Crab Salad

Slice the cucumber in half. Cut a thin slice lengthwise. Soak in water for 20 min. 
  
 
 Step 3:

Place the Shallots, Peppers and Garlic on a broiling pan and broil for 5 minutes, or until the skin is starting to peel and getting burnt.
