Pasta Al Sugo Di Salcisse Pasta with sausage Sauce

 Ingredients:

2/3 salcisse (Italian pigmeat sausages)
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
olive oil
1 can of peeled tomatoes
salt and black pepper
1/2 a bunch of arugula
whatever pasta you fancy (I used farfalle) 
  
 
 Step 1:

First, you want to take the skin off of the sausages.
